These terms govern the use of this website. They do not govern a customer's use of the Arqueum platform, which follows solely from the contract signed.

1. Purpose

This website presents Arqueum and its solutions and lets you request commercial contact. By browsing, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of the information

The content describes what the platform is capable of and is neither a commercial offer nor a guarantee of contracted functionality. What a project actually includes is defined by the proposal and the contract. In case of conflict, the contract prevails.

3. Comparison tables

The published comparisons were compiled by Arqueum from the named vendors' public information and from our own implementation experience, with the date of assessment shown. Third-party plans, modules and terms change over time. If you find something out of date or incorrect, write to falecom@arqueum.com and we will correct it.

4. Intellectual property

The content, the Arqueum brand and the software are protected by law. Third-party marks shown belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Reproducing this site's content requires prior authorisation.

5. Acceptable use

You must not attempt unauthorised access, overload the infrastructure, extract content automatically at scale, or submit another person's data through the form without their knowledge.

6. Availability

This website is provided as is. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Service levels apply to the contracted platform under its support agreement, not to this website.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

Brazilian law applies. The courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil are the elected forum, to the exclusion of any other.
