Is there a cost per user, volume or storage?

No. Unlimited users, with no charge per named user, per document volume or per storage space.

What is included in the license?

Document platform, workflows and approvals, electronic signature, retention rules, connectors and integrations, AI services, multi-site replication, implementation consulting and version updates — what is in scope is in the license, with no additional module in the middle of the project.

Is training included?

Yes. Implementation includes up to three trainings by profile — technical administrators, functional administrators, and readers and contributors — plus an expert Q&A office hours period after go-live.

How does support work?

There are support plans for different needs — from business hours to 24x7 coverage — with SLAs and service levels defined by contract, including platform version updates.

How much does it cost?
